The most recent Quebec Arrima draw, held on April 11, 2024, issued out 1,036 invitations to apply for permanent residency (PR) through the Regular Skilled Worker Program.

The Minister of Immigration, Francization, and Integration (MIFI) announced the Quebec Arrima draw on April 23, 2024.

Quebec employed two criteria to choose the Arrima profiles:

1. A score of 536 or higher on the Quebec score calculator for the occupations mentioned below.

  • 2242    Electronic service technicians (household & commercial goods)
  • 7233    Sheet metal workers
  • 7234    Boilermakers
  • 7236    Ironworkers
  • 7237    Welders and related machine operators
  • 7241    Electricians (except industrial and power system)
  • 7271    Carpenters
  • 7281    Bricklayers
  • 7282    Concrete finishers
  • 7291    Roofers and shinglers
  • 7294    Painters and decorators (except interior decorators)
  • 7295    Floor covering installers
  • 7311    Construction millwrights and industrial mechanics
  • 7312    Heavy-duty equipment mechanics
  • 7313    Refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics
  • 7318    Elevator constructors and mechanics
  • 7371    Crane operators
  • 7372    Drillers and blasters – surface mining, quarrying and construction
  • 7521    Heavy equipment operators (except crane)
  • 7611    Construction trades helpers and labourers

This draw considered profiles with level 7 oral proficiency (or higher) in French.
