920 PR invitations sent in july’s first express entry draw.

920 Invitations to Apply (ITA) for Permanent Residency (PR) were issued out today in connection with the first Express Entry Draw of July.

All Express Entry profiles having a provincial nomination and a comprehensive ranking system (CRS) score of 739 or above were the focus of the draw.

It can be inferred that invited candidates, excluding the provincial nomination, had a CRS score of about 139 because the provincial nomination alone accounted for 600 CRS points.

Manitoba PNP draw invited 250 PR under skilled overseas worker category.

250 invitations to permanent residence were issued on June 25th, 2024, as part of the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) under the Skilled Worker Overseas category.

This draw focused on eligible foreign worker profiles that declared their present occupation as one of the following and had an MPNP EOI score of 516.

31302: Practitioners of Nursing
32101 – Practical nurses with licenses

Designed for foreign skilled workers, the SWO provides two pathways:

2. The Human Capital Pathway emphasizes the opportunity for qualified foreign migrants with expertise in in-demand occupations to find employment in Manitoba when they arrive.

Canadian Experience Class (CEC) draw after Sep 21 invited 3000 PR.

Breaking News: CEC Draw 297 Invites 3,000 Candidates with a CRS Score of 522

A new Express Entry draw was held in Canada, and 3,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) were distributed. After a month without any drawings, this was the second consecutive EE Draw.

The CEC draw on September 14, 2021, had a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 462 points and awarded 2,000 ITAs. In contrast, the draw on May 31 saw a minimum CRS score of 522 points, which was 60 points higher.

The last draw, which took place on May 30 a day earlier, was for the Provincial Nominee Program. 2,985 ITAs with a 676 minimum CRS have been issued by it.

The chance of a decrease in the cutoff score is depending upon how frequently and how much of these rounds of invites, as the IRCC has now resumed CEC drawings.
